002. Audio / Action for Cherrygrove City
[AUDIO]
...So I've heard this is a video game or something.
[Well, hello again – it's audio-only from Ginti again, though it sounds like he's managed to find his way to Cherrygrove without anything too stupid happening; he still sounds approximately a thousand percent done with everything and everyone, but that...might just be his normal tone, really.
Either way, thanks for the explanation, Lancer, he appreciates it. Sorta. As much as he can appreciate an explanation that stupid.]
Not like I'm trying to be weird about it, but is this the sort of game where we get a whole bunch of save points, or do we Game Over as soon as we walk off a cliff or what?
[...WELL, OKAY THEN.]
[ACTION]
[Anyway.
After Ginti's...that is out there, he can be found kind of wandering Cherrygrove for the better part of the day; he's been here for a while, and it's actually not too bad? Now that it's decided to quit raining, anyway.
He hasn't really seemed to mind the rain, though, even when it was going full force; he's been spending a lot of time on the beach, doing...god only knows what outside of staring at it a lot. He can be found there today as well, though he seems to be entertaining himself well enough up on the rocks as opposed to just being listless; his balance seems good enough that he won't be testing the results of the question he was asking earlier anytime soon, but it's something to do with himself that doesn't involve other people, so naturally he's probably sort of asking to be bothered.
He's not all that great at conversation, but he wouldn't be too opposed to it, either. Probably. Maybe. Kinda. He's sort of a social crapshoot like that.]

Something like that, anyway. That's what I've heard, and it makes about as much sense as anything else that's going on.

Yeah, pretty much. That's about the only reaction you can have to something like that. Don't ask me, I don't have any more information than you do.
...Or any more information than Ruskin does, I guess. Assuming that's not you.

[An Ekans pokes his head into the camera as well as he slithers up Snake's back,] And I'm John, says John.
[Helpful. We are doing so great on this social front. We're saying words now!]

[Nowi makes her appearance known with that incredibly loud shout and charges forward. Thankfully she doesn't seem intent on launching herself at him and instead she goes running past him into the water.]
Ohhh man it's still really cold!
[She says as she's already knee-deep in it without any regard for her clothes. Thankfully she actually has clothes that aren't that hideous outfit she showed up in.]
Well? Are you coming in or what?
no subject
You can't tell me it's cold and then expect me to jump in after you.
no subject
But it's fun! You could stand to actually enjoy yourself, y'know!
no subject
[HE SAYS, AS THOUGH HE HAD FUN ONCE AND IT WAS TERRIBLE.]

audio;
The first one. I've never died here before [surprisingly] but from what people've told me, you just black out for a while and then wake up at a Pokemon Center later if you screw up and manage to bite it. I guess you could say we've got unlimited lives.
no subject
[I mean, it could be worse, but still.]
Good to know that, though. I guess.
no subject
[He pauses.]
... ssso. What's up, you planning on going bungee-jumping without a harness, or were you just asking for the hell of it?
[Gee, way to be about as subtle as a sledgehammer there, Yusuke.]
no subject
Honestly? Partially for the hell of it, partially because dead people are relevant to my interests back home.
no subject
Like in what way? Please tell me you're not a graverobber or something.

Except for the part where you don't die. They say you just wake up at a hospital with some pink haired ladies hanging over you.

[He's been here for less than two weeks and he is already so done, Blake.]
But if we're going to be somewhere that defies reality in just about every way possible, then I guess it's good to know that this place doesn't go halfway.
no subject
[Join the party. The grumpy, grumpy asshole party.]
You get used to it after a while, but I wouldn't go out of my way to test it if I were you. Could be one of these days reality kicks in and you just take a dirt nap like usual.
no subject
What sort of idiot tests things like that on purpose?
no subject
Are you just asking out of curiosity, or are you planning on taking on something deadly?
