002. Audio / Action for Cherrygrove City
[AUDIO]
...So I've heard this is a video game or something.
[Well, hello again – it's audio-only from Ginti again, though it sounds like he's managed to find his way to Cherrygrove without anything too stupid happening; he still sounds approximately a thousand percent done with everything and everyone, but that...might just be his normal tone, really.
Either way, thanks for the explanation, Lancer, he appreciates it. Sorta. As much as he can appreciate an explanation that stupid.]
Not like I'm trying to be weird about it, but is this the sort of game where we get a whole bunch of save points, or do we Game Over as soon as we walk off a cliff or what?
[...WELL, OKAY THEN.]
[ACTION]
[Anyway.
After Ginti's...that is out there, he can be found kind of wandering Cherrygrove for the better part of the day; he's been here for a while, and it's actually not too bad? Now that it's decided to quit raining, anyway.
He hasn't really seemed to mind the rain, though, even when it was going full force; he's been spending a lot of time on the beach, doing...god only knows what outside of staring at it a lot. He can be found there today as well, though he seems to be entertaining himself well enough up on the rocks as opposed to just being listless; his balance seems good enough that he won't be testing the results of the question he was asking earlier anytime soon, but it's something to do with himself that doesn't involve other people, so naturally he's probably sort of asking to be bothered.
He's not all that great at conversation, but he wouldn't be too opposed to it, either. Probably. Maybe. Kinda. He's sort of a social crapshoot like that.]

audio;
The first one. I've never died here before [surprisingly] but from what people've told me, you just black out for a while and then wake up at a Pokemon Center later if you screw up and manage to bite it. I guess you could say we've got unlimited lives.

[I mean, it could be worse, but still.]
Good to know that, though. I guess.

[He pauses.]
... ssso. What's up, you planning on going bungee-jumping without a harness, or were you just asking for the hell of it?
[Gee, way to be about as subtle as a sledgehammer there, Yusuke.]
no subject
Honestly? Partially for the hell of it, partially because dead people are relevant to my interests back home.

Like in what way? Please tell me you're not a graverobber or something.

[Of course, What's-His-Face here being into weird shit wasn't the only possibility that'd occurred to him... buuut he figured he'd better eliminate that particular possibility before choosing to continue the conversation. You know, just in case he needed to think up an excuse to hang the fuck up.]

I'll keep that in mind, yeah. He sounds like someone who deserves that kind of crap anyway.

[IF NOT FOR BEING A TERRORIST, THEN FOR BEING IRRITATING AND HAVING A TACKY FASHION SENSE.
Says the guy who sometimes dresses like this.]... y'know, you never answered my question. About the dead people thing. Where's the interest?

YOSUKE NO]Professional. My job has me working with them a lot, that's all.

YUSUKE YESAlso: hmmmm.]
Oh, so then I guess you were trying to see whether or not you'd have a job here. Right?
